REVIEW: Elizabeth Arden Lipsticks & Lip Glosses

This is the second of a series of reviews I'll be doing for Elizabeth Arden, featuring Elizabeth Arden's latest products that are just perfect for reinventing your look for Spring and Summer to make you look and feel beautiful! If you have never used Elizabeth Arden's lip sticks and lip glosses before, then perhaps after reading my review you will want to experience them. They are luxurious lip products in gorgeous colors that will add a splash of lovely color to your lips while at the same time serve as treatments. I love a product that multi-tasks for me, enhancing the color of my lips and improving the condition of them, now how fantastic is that! Here are two products from the Elizabeth Arden that are sure to make you smile, a pretty smile with breathtaking color!

MY REVIEW

The fabulous folks over at Elizabeth Arden sent me two of their latest product offerings for LIPS in a variety of sensational colors! The colors are delightful hues of beautiful feminine colors that will work for women of all ages and skin tones. High performance lip products that are radiant and vibrant, that are sure to revamp your "look" for the warm weather season and keep them in the best possible condition!

The first exceptional product I want to introduce you to is:

The Legend

Created in 1930 by Elizabeth Arden to soothe skin, Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant became an instant and overwhelming success. What made it so effective is a combination of petrolatum, a skin-soothing beta-hydroxy in one of its first cosmetic uses, and vitamin E. The apricot colored balm was so beneficial to her clients, Miss Arden used it to soothe her famous thoroughbred horses' legs. Even its name came about thanks to a remarkable performance - a loyal client used it to treat her child's skinned knee and "eight hours later" the skin was all better.

To use: Apply liberally as often as necessary.

MY THOUGHTS: I received this luscious Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant Stick in Berry, Blush, Plum and Honey. The colors are all such soft pretty hues, I am enjoying them all equally because each one is so unique from one another. They are signature colors that enhance your lips in a subtle natural colors that compliment my skin and will work with any skin tone. The colors are fresh, modern and will appeal to a woman of any age! I am equally impressed with the consistency and the feel of the product. It not only makes my lips feel smooth and moisturized and noticeably soft, but you don't have to contend with any heavy sticky feeling on them. The lipstick is light and creamy and translucent so your lips can breathe!

Another factor that is alluring about this product is it provides you with that antioxidant protection that makes this lip stick extraordinary. The vitamin E and SPF 15 will keep your lips safe and protected all Spring and Summer long. Gorgeous colors in a lip treatment that feels dreamy on your lips, this product is a winner!!

MY THOUGHTS: I received this product in Berrylicious, Pink Pout and Honey Glaze. I am a gal who loves to glamorize my look and this product hits the mark for making my lips shine brilliantly! This is another product that multi-tasks for you. You can wear these colors alone if you want high shine and a touch of color, or you can apply this on top of your favorite lipstick to add that extra punch and make them glisten in the sun! The product glides on your lips effortlessly and really makes your lips the focal point of your face!

This is another product that packs a powerful punch in terms of enhancement, yet it feels natural and comfortable on your lips, not tacky or heavy in any manner. Just a small amount of product is needed to add that luminous look to your lips which means this product will last you a very long time! Divine texture, delightful colors, dazzling shine, all make this product one to be adding to your warm weather beauty routine!
