Prior to my working on this Guy and Eva Review I knew very little about Guy and Eva as a Company, I was only aware that from the few jewelry items I had seen before, I thought the jewelry was very pretty. I am so glad in retrospect that I had very little knowledge about Guy and Eva because it made all that I discovered about the jewelry and this company so much fun and delightful, and I am filled with excitement and enthusiasm to share what I learned and experienced with you!

Guy and Eva started its life as a retail brand with our collection being sold in boutiques and various fashion specialty stores. MY REVIEW

The first thing that attracted me to Guy and Eva Jewelry was how beautifully the cataloga are put together to make your shopping experience not only visually appealing, but easy for you to put different "looks" together for yourself. The jewelry items are grouped together so you can effortlessly find styles, shapes and ensembles that are going to work with the vision you have for yourself and how you want to flaunt your own sense of style. I found the groupings to be perfectly tailored together offering you ideas on how you would like to piece them together and what colors and styles look best to enhance your outfits.

I don't think I fall into any one "niche" when it comes to my own sense of style. There are days when I want to come off as trendy and a touch edgy, but there are often nights when I want to look classic and sophisticated. It just depends we I am going, who I am with and what my mood is. I also love the bold and lovely look for days when I am out and about downtown, and I found Guy and Eva offered jewelry that caught my eye right away for all my different "personalities"!

I had so much shopping through both the Guy and Eva Holiday Catalog as well as through the 2009-2010 Regular Catalog, that I just couldn't choose one item that I loved, I chose 4! And, believe me, narrowing it down to 4 was no easy feat, because I had about a dozen favorites picked out. But alas, I did trim down the list and here were my top 4 favorite pieces. As you will notice, each one represents one of my alter ego's!

None of the pictures here can truly capture the essence of each stunning piece of jewelry. The Ella Necklace represents my Classic and Sophisticated ego. It is a glorious necklace, so simply but meticulously crafted. I love the elegance of this piece, and I plan to wear it with this cute little black dress I have that I will wear on New Year's Eve. But don't think for a moment I can let this glamorous necklace sit in its box until then, no siree! I have already worn it with my classic white button up the front long sleeved cotton blouse, a pair of black jeans and my red cardigan. It looked fabulous. I am not afraid to wear a moderately glitzy necklace with jeans either. That touch of "old Hollywood Glam" is one of my favorite ways to accessorize an ordinary pair of jeans and a classic white tee. I cannot say enough about the quality of this necklace. It is clearly visible upon beholding it in your hands.

Oh my goodness! I fell in love with this bracelet on first sight! It is big and bold and my Bold and Lively alter ego totally coveted this gorgeous cuff bracelet. But then to see it in real life, it is even more spectacular than I had envisioned, a fashion accessory that is so versatile that you can literally wear it with everything!

It has a really unusual "antique" finish that is lovely. It combines old world charm with trendy modern styling. I love that very feminine combined aspect, it makes you feel fashion forward and chic which for me equals confident! The faceted rhinestone center embellishment in the design adds that dressier element to the style, but you can easily wear this Bella Cuff with everything from your most casual jeans to your most dressier clothes, it transcends a variety of outfits and will give each one a complete, polished look.

The Butterfly 2.5" Pierced Earrings from the 2009-2010 Catalog

These earrings are not small in size by any means, but are long and linear and scream designer inspired to me. If you love that two-toned metal look, which is great for mixing and matching with both your silver or gold tone jewelry, then these earrings are sure to please you! They are very similar in design to some of the very famous designers you see in all the fashion magazines and my Designer Diva alter ego fell in love with these in a New York minute! I have really long hair so I really like that they won't get lost in it, they will show nicely and they have such great movement to them. They are surprisingly not heavy in weight, quite comfortable on the ears and lightweight, yet they pack a powerful punch in terms of being eye catching and bold. Again, as is all the other Guy and Eva Jewelry I received, these earrings are made of the finest quality, just perfectly crafted. I know they will last me a lifetime and I will wear them with all my outfits to give myself that designer diva look!

Genuine Leather 17" Magnetic Clasp Necklace from the 2009-2010 Catalog

See that ultra cool black leather necklace with the magnificent gold and black rhinestone embellished bar charm? Yes, that is the final piece I was able to see up close and personal for this review and it is Guy and Eva Jewelry at its finest. This necklace embraces all of my alter ego's because it has elements of being trendy, edgy, glamorous, euro chic and classy. It epitomizes the best of all parts of me and the different styles I enjoy flaunting to the world. I was blown away by this piece when I opened up the pouch and pulled it out for the first time. And yes, I did indeed gasp, out of amazement at how breathtaking and magical is looked. By far even more fascinating to see in my hands than in the picture from the catalog. If there is one piece you want to treat yourself to or give someone as that one of a kind gift that you know the person does not already own, this is the show stopper piece of jewelry, the one that you will find yourself using as your favorite "go to" fashion accessory because it does have that wow factor you will never get sick of experiencing on yourself.

BTW - I love that it is so easy to take on and off! I wish all my necklaces were magnetic clasps that you can put on without any fuss, and even the magnetic clasp on this necklace is decorated with rhinestones, so nice! The necklace feels very comfortable around your neck, it is not heavy nor clunky feeling and you can easily add a few gold chains to really jazz up your look, but this exotic necklace works fine on its own to add a touch of "wild elegance" to your outfit that will make you smile the entire time you are wearing it!
